What is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching enables you to gain clarity with where you are in your health and empowers you to make changes to align you with your health goals. It is a process of understanding your body and your health and what you need to do to feel your best – and making that happen.
How does Health Coaching work?
Health Coaching involves looking at every aspect of your physical health and overall wellbeing alongside your current lifestyle habits from nutrition to exercise, sleep to rest. From this deep understanding and clarity, it is then a process of deciding together on simple, sustainable and realistic changes for you to implement. These are targeted changes to achieve tangible results aligned with your desired health outcome, and, over time, lead to a wonderfully rewarding and liberating lifestyle which accommodates every aspect of your life and creates true health.
It is a co-creation between client and coach – the client’s self-knowledge and the coach’s expertise coming together to empower you to be healthy in a way that you enjoy.

The clarity gained just from the initial session where we go through a health history and see where you are in every aspect is something I have seen many clients find empowering. It allows so many connections to be made and a deeper understanding of the bigger picture to form.
It is worth noting that this is a collaborative way of working and whilst I help guide you, you are the one who does the work and makes the changes. This means that Health Coaching will work for you to the extent which you are willing to make changes and discover what is possible for you. I am here to hold your hand, keep you accountable, cheer you on and resource you to achieve the goals you desire.
