Hi, I’m Luca, a Holistic Wellbeing Coach specialising in guiding women who feel stuck or held back into a life of vitality.
My Story
I had the good fortune of growing up in a very holistically centred way; my mother is a Homeopath and Bowen Technique therapist so I have been immersed in uncovering the power of a holistic approach starting from very early on. Having an aptitude for maths and physics, I decided to go to university to study marine engineering. However, despite doing well in my studies, after a year and a half I was beginning to feel disconnected from myself and aware that this was not my true calling. I took the scary leap of faith in ending my studies and, for the first time, I had no idea which way to go.
Finding my path
This decision sparked several years of discovery through various different jobs - from working in a nursery, to making croissants in a top French boulangerie - before my body sent me a big sign. I had made the decision to get a copper IUD which led my periods to become really painful and totally draining and, after a year of this, my body sent a clear sign that this didn’t work for me. I had it removed, without knowing what alternative options would suit me. I then discovered the fertility awareness method and found a practitioner to work with to get to know my body better than I had previously thought was possible. This is really where my own discovery of the power within each of us began.
My personal studies with this really opened my eyes to the beautiful harmony of the monthly cycle and just how much vibrancy flows through us as we start to embrace and understand it. I found this really inspiring and exciting to discover. I knew then that this was what I wanted to do – to work with women guiding them to ‘come home’ to themselves, their body and their true selves. From here we all have the power to thrive as we build a life that is truly authentic and full of delight.

…that, although I have found optimal health in this way, I fully believe that true wellbeing comes from self-knowledge. As a result, only you can truly know which decisions are right for you. Working with me is a space where you can come as you are - I always find it so rewarding helping women discover what they need on every level, regardless of societal or other people’s opinions. All that matters is what’s right for you. It’s so fulfilling witnessing amazing transformations through a wide variety of decisions as each woman finds a lifestyle that resonates with her and her needs.
My Approach
My approach to guiding people back into health, wellness and connection to their body is by using Health Coaching and Emotional Freedom Technique with Matrix Reimprinting. I find these two modalities to work together in a powerful way.
Health Coaching takes a look at everything on the physical level. Together we collaborate to get you to your optimal health through harnessing your natural cycles through lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, sleep and so much more. Emotional Freedom Technique with Matrix Reimprinting work on releasing blocks in your beliefs, healing trauma, and getting to the root cause of your symptoms - both emotional and physical. I find the two work so well together as we start by building up your routines and physical health before doing the deeper work of healing what no longer serves you on the emotional and subconscious level. This allows changes you make to be deeply impactful and permanent without reverting to old patterns.
I also offer each of these modalities separately for people who feel it would be right for them to work on themselves from just one of these angles at this time. I have a Health Coach Diploma from the College of Naturopathic Medicine
I am a qualified Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and a qualified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner having studied with Karl Dawson - an EFT founding master and creator of Matrix Reimprinting
I am an accredited Health Coach as a member of the UKIHCA (UK & International Health Coaching Association) meaning I work in alignment with ethical and professional industry standards.
